What I offer: Your own FTP account and subdomain (you.spiffyness.net) with 1000MB (yeah, a thousand). Feel free to fill the space will whatever media you can legally use, and I can set up streaming video/mp3/flash with a couple of clicks. My host also does one-click installs of WordPress, Gallery, ZenCart, Joomla, PHPbb, MediaWiki, ActiveCollab, Web Calendar, Advanced Poll, and Central Desktop.
Anything else you need can probably be worked out.
